East Bay S.P.C.A. Adopt-A-Thon at Jack London Square Oakland July 2018

Rescue Contacts attended the East Bay S.P.C.A. Adopt-A-Thon on Saturday, July 21st at Jack London Square in Oakland. The S.P.C.A organizes these events for the community and brings together many hard working groups of rescuers with a mutual goal. Beautiful pets are introduced to their potential adopters and new families are created. The sponsors of the event offer goods and services that animal lovers really appreciate. No Kill Nation by 2025

Best Friends Animal Society set the goal to be kill free at all shelters in this country by the year 2025. Rescue Contacts' goal is to see this happen. Who Do You Bring to Work?

The only thing better than having your best friend at home is having your best friend at work too. Everyone needs an office dog. When are you getting yours? The staff at Rescue Contacts definitely is happier working with their inspiration by their sides. Tuffy has been working with us in the office since she came to us at eight weeks of age some 16 weeks ago. She has been a fantastic addition as she keeps things light and reminds us to count our blessings all day long. We want to see who you bring to work.

Tri-Valley Animal Rescue 25TH Anniversary Fundraiser

We just want to thank Tri-Valley Animal Rescue for putting on such an amazing fundraiser for their 25th anniversary. Life is all about second chances and they do a great job at giving them to many animals in need. TVAR’s mission is to end the unnecessary euthanasia of homeless animals. TVAR cooperates with area shelters and rescue groups, primarily the East County Animal Shelter, to provide homeless animals with socialization, foster homes, medical care and an opportunity for a second chance.

More than 1,600 Pets Adopted at California's Largest Pet Adoption Event -The Bay Area Pet Fair 2017

Over 600 animals were adopted during a record breaking day 1 at The Bay Area Pet Fair this year. Thanks to all volunteers, rescue organizations and families who opened their hearts and homes to the ones in need.
